hey Kos-Mos, yes, some lithium battery makers will state a safe charge rate above 1C. you may get away with 1.5C rate...but your packs will not last too long, and you risk BURNING DOWN your house. those packs you have there, are VERY VERY low performance, so they may be cheap to buy...but don't risk a fire. and don't beleive all the hype a certain company tells you, when all the respected competitors, and techs, will tell you otherwise. there is new lithium tech coming, that promises charging rates that are quite high. i eagerly await it, and hope it will fit my application.

anyway, i don't think lithium is a good fit for airsoft at this time. the possible heat problems, of a battery being inside a BLACK gun on a HOT day ALL day... just not worth the risk/expense. nicad/nimh...more robust and cheaper too!!!
