Canadian Laws Regarding EBB

Hello Airsoft Canada Forums,

I've recently been interested in getting a few Airsoft Pistols just wondering if you're allowed purchasing them in Canada because of the Canadian Customs / Border might suspect these of being real Firearms or Replicas.

The Airsoft Pistol I'm wanting to get is ↓ - Electric Blow Back

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/NEW-Tokyo-Ma...QAAOSwjS9a7CjT

or the Secondary one is ↓ - Electric Blow Back

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/NEW-Tokyo-Ma...sAAOSwlrFawPKb

and the Last one I'm wanting to get is ↓

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/New-Academy-...97.m4902.l9144

along with an extended magazine, I was just wondering if I'm allowed to purchase this with no issue against Customs / Border.

If it chrono’s over 366 FPS with 0.20 bbs (average over 5 shots) you’ll be fine. Those 3 however will not meet that, and they will send you a nice letter asking you to do one of 3 things: ask for appeal, send it back via ups (+$100 to do so) or abandon it to be destroyed by cbsa

I’ve got a gbb sitting on option 1 now shitty cold warehouse testing conditions here in January Canada left it shooting at ~350fps when it should with the long barrel be +380fps as it was tested in Taiwan back in November.

would the fact that it has a Glock logo and not made by elite force prevent the import?

I believe that's true in the US only. I could be wrong.

this doesn't really apply, knockoffs are imported all the time with no issue. CBSA doesnt care about copyright laws unless you are a business and even then not so much. if its just as a personal weapon you'll be fine

What about transporting an airsoft purchased in Canada to the US for a few games and then bringing back to Canada.

Are there any potential issues?

More specifically .. I'm from the lower mainland. Several fields within a reasonable drive for me in WA. What kind of problems (if any) would I be facing? Everything purchased in Canada but would like to bring my own gear to these fields in WA to game and then return with them.

thx
=)
