Royal Military Surplus?
Has anyone bought stuff from these guys before? I'm looking to pick up some CADPAT gear but I haven't been able to find any reviews about their stuff.
Stuff I'm looking at: http://www.royalmilitarysurplus.com/...nd-1550027.htm and http://www.royalmilitarysurplus.com/...nd-1710001.htm P.S: What do you guys recommend as far as vest vs plate carrier? I figure as long as the vest is MOLLE compatible it should work fine. |

Vests are okay as long as you're not planning on carrying a lot. Plate Carriers if you want to be loaded. They distribute weight better and are far more modular, but vests typically breath a bit better, model depending. Personally I'd go PC regardless. Modern PCs can be quite low-profile and once you add a hydration system, a radio, etc, to your loadout, you'll be thankful for the PCs build and comfort.

If you're going to get the Rhodesian style vest, get the real deal. The knock offs (including the CADPAT one) are poorly made.
