PDI V Trigger and/or PDI cylinder set issue

So I recently got a WELL L96 in a trade and it has a few upgrades such as a PDI V trigger, a PDI cylinder set, an R hopped barrel, and an action army hop up chamber.

Anyways I believe there is an issue with the trigger or cylinder sets because 6/10 times when I pull the trigger nothing happens, I either have to tap it a bunch of times hoping it would fire or tap it once randomly. It locks back every single time though. Also there is no safety lever, I'm not sure if that's relevant.

Are you sure it's a V-trigger?

This could be when the slot of the cylinder rides the sear and causes it to latch but then lock up. I had a similar issue with mine which I remedied by taking a file to the cylinder slot.

NOTE: I have a Mag Cylinder and a Action Army Zero Trigger. But the symptoms are the same.

Try loosening the screw near the trigger guard a bit.

Ok I think I found the problem, the outer barrel turns and the cylinder set turns with it. Any idea how to stop this?
