E&l ak104 help

Okay so i bought an E&L AK104 hoping the matrix X47 rail would fit it since they bought the rights to the x47 system
UNFORTUNATELY it doesn't

so i need a new lower rail
i need to know if one (or both) of these 2 rails will fit 100%

I need to know if one or both of these rails will fit 1000000% plug and play to my E&L AK104
no modification, just swapping out the old with the new
