Ares m14 Sopmod
Hi, I have a broken tappet plate on my Ares m14 Sopmod, hoping someone would know what model I can replace it with? Also looking to replace the Spring guide and nozzle. Any help would be great, thank you in advance.

Follow up
Just to clarify my previous post, the mech box uses some ver 7 parts but others will not fit... Ie ver 7 nozzel is longer than stock ares nozzle. Looking at ver 7 tapet plate it looks much different than the one I took out of the mech box. I'm thinking it's a ver 2 tapet plate, just looking for some clarification. Thanks

I have no experience opening one up myself, but my research on them shows that they take some V2 parts. I think the cylinder head is V7 and the nozzle is tiny and not V7 like you mentioned. The spring guide may also be V3. While nobody has mentioned what kind of tappet they use, they do use V2/3 gears.
I would take a guess that is uses a V2 or V3 tappet. Can you take a picture? |

Update
Update: tried v2 and v3 tappet plate, they do not fit. Have to get the part from ares. I can say that it takes an mp5 nozzel and a ver 7 anti reversal.

I've 3d printed my own tappet plate for the ares m14 sopmod. Works well, over 1000 bbs, but I haven't gamed it yet. You can email ares directly and get one from them, thats what I did originally. But the ares ones break if you're running an 11.1v battery. At least thats how I broke mine.
