Ehobby Asia Issues

So I've got a fair sized wholesale order in with Ehobby Asia, just over $2000USD. We placed an order with them a few weeks before and had no issues. This time it repeatedly says their website has declined payment option. We pay with paypal and I've had no issues ordering from airsoftparts.ca or any other sites that we use paypal with. I've tried contacting them multiple times over the past three weeks and even put the order in as a wholesale PO without submitting a payment method and asked that they send me an invoice and a paypal payment request and we'd pay that way. Still nothing. It's starting to drive me a little bit nuts when we've got customers waiting on special orders and they can't even answer their emails. If you're such a big company, maybe it's time you work on your customer service and bring in more sales reps.
