Extra piston movement after each shot on semi-auto in gearbox v.2

Hey Guys,
I have the following low powered setup (340-360fps depending on hopup setting):
- v.2 gearbox
- Prometheus MS100SP spring
- Guarder cylinder, cylinder head and piston head
- Lonex spring guide with bearing
- 40D sorbo pad with neoprene pad

The issue I have is on every shot on semi-auto, after piston head hits the cylinder head, because of the sorbo pad (I guess) the piston moves back and forth again. When shooting, you can feel it like something rattles inside the gun after each shot. Here is a slow motion video of what happens:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0h7dQczqB4k
If anyone had this issue and/or know how to get rid of it please let me know.
Thank you in advance!

First off, the slow mo is annoying LOL.
This problem is fixed with a better anti reversal latch/stronger latch spring, as well as a multi tooth bevel gear that engages the AR latch. Most stock ones come with 2 notches, you want 4-6.

In this case having a video with sound would be a lot more useful than slow-mo. Renegade) is right though, looks like an ARL related issue, I could not see double cycling

totally anti reverse lever.. it's not engaging at all... like renegade said, the bevel probably only has 2 or 4 engagement points. Could also be that the lever is worn or not catching properly, or the spring on it is not strong enough.

I meant to bring this up... Its a good factor as well, sounds like they are too strong for the lower spring and overworking to make a cycle. This could cause pre mature wear on things or even strip your gears/piston if you just touch the AR lever.

Its a good lesson to ensure you have the proper parts mix for each set up.

Thanks so much for the responses guys! Fogot to mention - it is a stock G&P motor - 'ultra custom 120'. The battery is LiPo 7.4v 20c. I don't remember how many engagement points the bevel gear has, will have to open it up again to check, but it is a stock one that comes with G&P SR16.

G&p m120 motor doesnt provide enough resistance to prevent overcycling either
