GHK AKM upgrade to FULL STEEL

As you guys all know that GHK AKM only good for its outfit....the internal is only average - as GHK said that to keep the price tag "reasonable"

I've decided to make it better ---> full steel

1st thing ---> is CNC the bolt set ... made in Vietnam - take 1 week

2nd thing ---> after you have the heavy bolt you must have the spring good enough to bang it back , the original is not strong enough , cost me 1USD in Vietnam to get this spring

then I CNC the buffer to make it full steel and good sound track when the bolt "bang" into it

Finally, I when to WGC to shopping --> I get these thing

and this is the result

GHK made the bolt carrier with the extra back piece to cut the travel short. Even WE has a extra little piece...

I believe even the coming KWA ones are shorter travel. The problem with AK is because its a long stroke piston gun, the amount of moving mass makes it harder get an acceptable rate of fire while traveling full stroke...we just don't have that much power out of the gas gun to cycle a heavy bolt and have a recoil spring with enough rate to return it fast enough....

i would cut back that steel buffer and add a really stiff spring on it so it could help with the return cycle. would act as a speed buffer and increase the speed of the carrier on the return stroke.

yeah, the receiver's metal is too soft, its not a combat AK. Stiffer recoil spring is a must
I've taken a rear part of a real AKM recoil spring guide (pos.1)

and about 18-20 cm (uncompressed) of real AKM spring and just dropped the stuff on and in. LAter on I'll shorten down a real guide allround - with pos.2 and pos.4 - but it works fine as is.
