AR15 upgrade

looking to get this baby running again
here's what i have
i'm thinking, an upgraded gearbox
what's your opinion
never did this before
previous owner told me he had this motor in this gun
it ran well in semi, but when he went full auto and emptied 2 mags, the gearbox came apart
i think its a good time to upgrade
