Duster gas in WE pistols?
My friend purchased a WE MEU and was hoping to use it in a CQB field such as Ultimate Airsoft. The pistol fires just under 400fps making it too hot to use in a sub 350fps environment. I'm wondering if there are any solutions to lowering the FPS? I'm aware of duster gas being used in KWA pistols and TM pistols, however my google-fu isn't sufficient enough to find anything relating to WE pistols. Is it possible to use duster gas on the WE MEU? Thanks

If you can fill it with green gas/propane normally, and you have a fill adapter such as the airsoft innovations one, then yes it'll take duster gas. If it's got a heavy slide and/or a strong recoil spring, duster might not be powerful enough to cycle it correctly, but it'll still shoot.

its gotta be one of those TA customs with the long inner barrel & dummy suppressor to be shooting close to 400fps [needed the extra length to get through the 366fps limits for import].
switch back to the shorter inner barrel that should be included to drop it back down to ±320fps. |

Yes, it is one of the TA custom gbbs. If that's the case, I'll ask him to swap out the inner barrel and try it out again. Thanks guys.
