ICS M1 Garand Finish ?

Hey so i just got back from fielding the m1 in its first game... was awesome .. picked some m4 wielding spec ops lol. Only question after my first game everywhere where my body oils from my hands around the neck of rifle and from my face on rear stock is now discolored ? Is that supposed to happen ? is it just the linseed oil... i thinking it was just a light coat at factory and should just buy some ? thanx

that do have a light coat on them i put more on mine...most linseed oiled stock can turn a bit lighted where you hold it because you absorb some of the oil....it can get darker if your hands are dirty..wiping it down with more oil and let it sit for several days...or a week.
