M14 GBB Bolt not always going forward all the way
Recently I've been having a rather annoying issue with my M14;
Below is a link to a video I took showing the issue's I'm having. M14 gbbr issue - YouTube This M14 has been upgraded with all RA-Tech parts as well. 1: I can be firing in full auto (doesn't do this in semi...) and theres a chance where it just seems like the bolt doesn't go forward all the way so it will fire again. 2: I can be firing in full auto or semi and at random times it will leak. I found a video online WE M14 GBBR - What to expect after 1000 rounds - YouTube and from what he's saying most of the issues seem to come from the trigger box, mine is a fully CNC'd RA-Tech so I don't believe this'll be my issue.... any ideas?

First off, I'm not a gun doc and I don't have a m14, but I love to help abit to trouble shoot, and these days i may just have some extra time! And for sure i also love GBBR, i fix them all by myself.
Are you handy and able to find out the problems? If so, let's try it. If not, simply forget it. 1, how long you've been owing it and using stock parts? Was it running good before upgrade? 2, the problems you mentioned, was it happening right after parts upgraded? Do you still have the stock parts? Please list them.

You have it for a while and keep using it, and working fine. Now it starts having problem, right?
I did a bit of the m14 research, let's start from the simple way, the lubrication first, then the internal parts check. On your video, the bolt got stuck after 4-5 shots in full auto, but you said it did not happen in semi, right? What kind of gas you're using? If propane, did you add fair amount of bb oil? It even sometimes got stuck and released entire mag gas. That could be the nozzle parts and the firing pin parts? How long you have been having the m14? When was your last lub for it? Where were the parts you lubed? If so , were they all the moving parts and contacted area even o-ring? What kind of oil and grease you were using? Think.....

How long have I had it? almost 2 years How long have I had this issue? almost 3 weeks. It gets disassembled after EVERY game to get a good cleaning & oiling. Quote:
For mag oil I use Tokyo Marui Silicone For internal oil I use AIM TOP High Concentration Silicone

Using propane, do you add gbb oil in the tank to fill your mag?
Top half of the gun, you clean and lub after game, how did you lub the nozzle o-ring? Any crack or damage or too dry in o-ring? I assume you clean the top internal properly and not much plastic and metal dust inside. Does the nozzle move and spring back freely? if the o-ring is good and the nozzle moving well, now try the rapid single fire in single selector mode, see if you have the same problem. After that , we may take a look at the trigger box see if there is any losing parts could cause the problem.

Have you removed the receiver from the stock and checked the op-rod and spring seems to be a really common problem with the WE M14. The attached vid will show what to look for which will cause your bolt assembly not to fully cycle and jam up.
