Bevel Gear 9 Tooth VS 10 Tooth
Just thought I would toss this out to see if anyone else had this happen.
My set up is M4 GP
Gears are brand new and toasted the bevel gear. Did not notice till the second time I opened the box. Both times was seized up. Two (2) of the teeth sheered off the 10 tooth bevel gear. I put back in a 9 Tooth and noticed the extra tooth severely compromised the size of the 10 tooth gear. Just one less tooth and they seemed much bigger. Anyone else had experience between 10 and 9 Tooth-would like to hear. |

That was quick. I think you may have got a bunk batch.
There was a bad batch of SHS gears in the middle of last year, and in particular involving bevel failure, but the batches seem to have cleared up since then as far as I know. It's possible you got some older stock. If you are looking for alternatives, I'll re-iterate my recommendation from when you asked back when you were considering the supershooters: Lonex.
