TM pistol with tinted lower receiver

Hi,
Just wondering if all the TM pistol found on canadian retailer have a tinted lower receiver?
I don't find any with mate black lower.
I know I can still paint it and it is what I'm planning for the moment if I can't find any.
Looking for a PX4 because it is full ambidextrous and looks great to me. I'm a lefty, but can shoot with both hand.
Also looking for SERPA holster for lefty but don't seems to exist from Blackhawk.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Canadian laws enforce tinted lowers , but if you can find some one who can order over seas they will be shipped in black
