GBBR Sling Adapter
Anyone know of anywhere that has them in stock? So far every store only has AEG ones

Do you mean a sling plate?
Like this?  If so, a real steel plate should fit.

On GBB rifles that part stakes the buffer tube in place.
OP what flavor of rifle and why do you need one?

Currently running a WE Open Bolt HK416 wanting to use a single point sling. Is there any difference between the ones for airsoft and real deal?

WE uses a tube equal in diameter to a military M4/16.

You'll probably have to do a little grinding regardless of the real vs. airsoft.
You want to make sure it has the little tang to slot in the buffer. In other words the opposite of the photo up there.

I'm using a knockoff Magpul ASAP plate for WA, went in fine for my WE HK416 GBBR, no modification needed.
Don't skimp on the sling, though. |

I bought a real steel plate from The Shooting Edge and it fit my WE HK4168 without any modification whatsoever.
