KWA LM4 NPAS Help!
Hello all, I'm trying to install the RA Tech KSC/KWA NPAS in my LM4, but I've already hit a snag: the oring located at the back of the nozzle, where the small c clip locks in place is too large. As such, I can't get the c clip on. I'm looking for anyone who has done this modification to let me know how they dealt with that o ring. Thanks!

All I did was push REALLY hard up on the nozzle and got a friend to push the C clip in!
It took a lot of force and my hand had a nice indent on it.. But I got it in! After a few mags through the oring will compress and kind of cut off the excess. I took mine out for an inspection and a piece kinda peeled off. Since that part came off it goes on really easily. Once you get it in. Does the loading nozzle o-ring the one that 'plungers' in the bolt stick? My nozzle doesn't have that snap back into the bolt like the stock one. Just curious how urs fits! |

Thanks for the info! I didn't have a second set of hands available, so I actually just took the oring off. seems to still work fine. My new bolt seems to cycle well, I added some silicone oil to the bolt before I installed it though. That might help, if you haven't already done it. Other than that, I found the set screw in the side of the nozzle catches slightly on that small tab that keeps the whole thing in place, but it still cycles fine, and I imagine that set screw will wear down in a bit. The only thing I could think of for your problem is to try to find a thinner oring.

Glad you got it on!
Yes I was considering replacing it or putting the stock one back on! But I'm too scared of tearing it while getting it off so it will do as is |

I think if your careful, you'll be okay. Orings are meant to stretch, but if you gun cycles fine as is, then your probably good to go.
