KWA/KSC FMG feeding problem
hey guys, as the title mentions this is a problem. Basically what happends is the guns first bb shoots fine but when the slide slides back into place to shoot again it doesnt and leaves a little gap. (basically not fully closing) anyone had this problem before? Its basically a Glock 18c
Thanks, Jordan |

Your nozzle is probably broken. Either take a look at the front/bottom of the nozzle, or take a picture and post it here.

ok no problem heres a pic. Note*** The BB you see is in the Mag waiting to be loaded, There is already one BB now in the chamber, i also changed this part.

I wanted a picture of the nozzle, not the slide/barrel. Particularly the bottom front of the nozzle.

Chances are the loading nozzle is broken. I had the exact same thing happen to my KSC G19. The part you're looking for is part #22 IIRC which coincides with the loading nozzle/cylinder. It's like a $10 part. Take out the innards and transfer them to the new loading nozzle and you'll be back up and running no problem.
The reason this happens is because the loading nozzle that feeds the BB's is plastic and eventually breaks leaving the loading nozzle to not load BB's into the chamber properly and as such doesn't allow it to fully return to battery. Heres a guide to show you how it's done. Note: this is a guide on upgrading the float valve/rocket valve but the principles are generally the same, http://www.airsoftforum.com/board/lo...p/t126819.html

So... was it the loading nozzle? You kind of want to make sure before taking things apart and replacing them unnecessarily.
BTW, if you look at this picture: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...l/DSC03547.jpg It's the plastic bit that sticks out on the bottom right that I'm talking about, just underneath what I guess is the air nozzle where gas gets pushed out. Looking at it it's probably quite weak and a plastic bit like that hitting another plastic BB over time will wear out and break it.

You don't have to take it apart, just pivot the top off, pull the slide back and take a picture o the nozzle.

Yup the bottom of the nozzle (which pushes BBs) is broken off. You'll need to get a new one. KWA the same one for all their Glocks so you can't really buy the wrong part.
