Classic Army M15a4 Sportline Crap, TAirsoft Crap
I got a Classic Army M15a4 Sportline in a mystery box from Toronto Airsoft. The first one came broken, sent it back and the second one came with the same flaw, bubbles in the weak spot.
Here is the email I recieved from Toronto Airsoft after I complained about the flaw in the second one. "Unfortunately, all the Classic army plastic bodies have that issue, we will be discontinuing these products once they sell out. We can't put fragile stickers on the box and I quote from Canada post "Only items containing glasses ware or other items that can easily break are allowed to have those stickers applied to the boxes" Thanks, Steve I will add that I suggested packing the gun better, he agreed with me and the gun came in the same box, with no extra packing. It is nice to know that TAirsoft would rather sell out of them, and make the paying customer loose out, than take one on the chin. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE. I wouldn't recommend shopping at TAirsoft either. Steve seemed to have a chip on his shoulder because of how mad I was. I guess he doesn't understand that you expect a working product when you spend $200. |

Yeah I had the exact same problem with the one I ordered for my cousin, didn't even bother to exchange it, just got a King arms metal body, the upper fits pretty tight but that's sort of good cause there's ZERO wobble, which I love because my WE M4 has too much play.
So if you plan on getting a metal body, king arms works.

You spent $130 and were surprised when you got a low quality gun? Toronto Airsoft was nice enough to send you a replacement and you're calling them out?
Perhaps next time if you want a high quality gun, spend the money and avoid taking risks like this. |

Also, you did buy a mystery box, so you took the risk of getting a crap gun.

I am calling them out on it, because they want to sell all the flawed products off. Even though they are well aware of how common a problem it is.
I recieved a broken product, it is written in their policy that dead on arrival guns will be replaced. So they had too. It's not like they were appologetic, and "nice" about it. Actually, I was expecting a cheap rifle in the mystery box. I am simply making people aware of a common flaw. |

Guys, if he got a broken gun the retailer (Toronto Airsoft) should be fixing the issue. I'm not sure who shit in everyone who's in this thread's cornflakes but the customer is not the issue here.

I do have pictures, but it is easier to explain. It split on the lower reciever, right where the pin attached the upper and lower, just below the barrel.
Did yours break? I am going to take the guys advice that recommended the King Arms metal reciever. The gun seems to shoot decent. |

well from my past experiences from toronto airsoft i partially have to disagree and agree. i bought the 5.1 highcapas (WE) from them and they never warned me about the possible screw strip issue due to the plastic receiver.
