M24 A.E.G - upgrade to FULL STEEL

After see my friend break the charging handle ... I decide to upgrade my M24 to full steel to avoid all the disaster

original this is it



these part are easy broken






I took further upgrade thing to the trigger set & piston

Very nice! (Don't make 'em too real )

The trigger is cast right?

Also...that piston must weight a ton. You may want to look at the piston edge/sear angle of some of the PDI sets. Instead of an angled surface they are more right angles so that the piston gets a straighter release.

now its 420fps...loose almost 100fps compare to the original plastic piston

but the kick is awesome ...everytime I fire, it make me smile

Just to let you know, AEG means airsoft electric gun, you know like regular assault rifles that are battery powered.

the Abreviation of A.E.G basically everywhere in the world stands for Automatic Electric Gun

Best bet would be not to call your Bolt action an AEG on most forums, causes confusion.

Nice work. I recently toyed around the lathe at work & built an aluminum airbrake'd piston for my m24 javelin. I'll make another one with some refinements & cleaner finish. But wow nice work :salute:
