What battery size for my TM?

Howdy, im sure this is a retarded question to most, been around back in the day. Just wondering what size of 8.4v battery can fit in my 7 year old TM m16 full stock? Iv been lookin around and everything seems different from when im use to.

As well im also curious as to where i should buy a mag for my Western Arms Berreta m9. Any suggestions?

Use a large type (sub-c cells) NiMH batteries. They're usually in the range of 2000-5000mAh. I would say get the highest mAh you can (5000) to have a longer runtime, which with a 5000mAh large is multiple games before a recharge and no worrying about power.

Alrighty, so the 5000 would still fit in the stock no problem? Back in the day i was running an 8.4 1800 Mah, and that was the max i could fit in. Batteries have come along way in the last 7 years im guessing?

Also does anyone even sell Western Arms stuff anymore? Need a magazine for my Berreta m9 blowback pistol.

depending on the internal structure of your full stock, you should be able to fit it but may require minor modifications. basically I took a pair of side snips to mine to an 8.4v fit but I also have a newer full stock that the internal frame is built differently and would fit a 9.6v large no problem.

worst case, get a couple 8.4v or 9.6V NiMH mini's (2/3A's)

You probably had a NiCAD battery back in the day, they used to be popular. "newer: NiMh batteries cram a lot more juice in the same amount of space compared to NiCADs.
