Guarder bucking
Today I bought two Guarder clear buckings, tried to install them but noticed they were way too big, This was odd as I have previously installed a guarder clear in another m4 I had, could this be a defect?

Big as in loose? Was it the madbull python barrel?

It was big enough that it wouldn't fit inside the hop up, and no it's a stock CA barrel.
I have a guarder clear installed in my WE AEG, the one's that I bought do not fit.

Lately for some reason the Guarder Clears have had bad batches from what I understand. You're better off going with the Guarder Black even if you have a lower FPS and don't need that hard of a bucking. Either that or grab yourself a SystemA bucking and wash it in light soapy water before you install (basically get the factory silicone oil off the bucking).

Just lick it before you stick it in.

I lubed it up real nice, it won't go in unless I really force it. Then it doesn't fit properly when it does go in.

I had the same problem in my VFC with a guarder black. It was such a tight fit that the rubber got bunched up and stretched.
Lesson: get a bunch of different hop up rubbers when you order them, try em all out. see what one works best. Keep the others for spare |
