Ares H&K G36V Firing 2 BB's

I just bought a new G36V and When I fire the gun on semi it fires two bb's instead of one. As a result The BB's also drop and hit the ground at about 50-60 feet. Also, turning the hop up wheel doesn't appear to increase hop up, the BB's still drop. Firing on full auto still has the same effect, I cant tell if its firing two bb's per cycle because of the high rate of fire, but the bb's still hit the ground at the same distance.

If anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening please let me know. Also if you need additional information, I will gladly tell you everything I know.

Thanks for reading.

After putting about 70 bb's through the gun it appears to work properly now.

If it happens again I would take it in to a gun doc. Shouldn't be doing that in the first place.

Sounds to me like a problem with your hop up. Take it out and give it a good cleaning/ inspection. Would be a Good idea to clean out the inner barrel too

2 BBs came out with 1 cycle of the gearbox?

could be a nozzle/tappet issue, could be a hopup issue.

After firing the gun a bit more, im finding the issue is still there, it just rarely happens now. With one 470rd mag, it will happen maybe 5 or 6 times. I am not really concerned about it right now, but if it becomes worse I will definitely take it to a gun doc.

Thanks everyone for the replies.
