DisguisedAirsofter Mosfets are quite good, as well as HS5 mosfets. If you want to spent some more money, get a Extreme Fire Cheetah, those are practically indestructible. If you know how to solder, you can easily make one for less than $15.

I'm not MaciekA but I can provide some guidance.. I like the lineup of units from extreme-fire.com terry is great to deal with and you are guaranteed to have a quality unit built with care and high grade components. If a simple unit is all you need, then I would suggest either:

http://extreme-fire.com/2011-SW-SF.html

or

http://extreme-fire.com/2011-SW-SF-II.html

the version 2 unit is not any different it just has more wiring connectors so you just plug the wires in where it says to put them. In the first unit, it's smaller and a bit cheaper, but wiring is not as simple. What's nice about these 2 units is the built in self resetting fuse, you don't have to worry about leaving a fuse in your system or if you've already removed it.

+1 I only use Extreme Fire mosfets now. Terry's form factor is really what sells it to me. Sometimes when I'm trying to cram a battery into a tight space, it's nice to know that the electronics won't get damaged.

I am hooked on the Extreme Fire MOSFETs now. For most people the SW-SF is going to be more than enough and it's very compact.

Terry Fritz is very open about where he's headed with his R&D as well as very receptive to customer requests and bespoke MOSFET builds with specific features or software modifications. Highly recommended product from an all around nice guy.
