TM XDM disasemble

Hi guys,
I've got a TM XDM loading nozzle to change out (they brake easy, not normal TM). While I'm at it I wanna strip clean and lube the lower receiver. I can't find an XDM specific tutorial on YouTube but I assume it's similar/same as the glock. Has anyone already had a go at it? Any info would be good as going in blind is just not a good start, even slow and methodical.
Also any insight to the poor quality of the loading nozzle and has anyone seen an upgrade part? It seams to be a new design for this model.
