M4-FAMAS Conversions

Hello,

I was looking at mags for my now full-black FAMAS (), and I found that they're quite expensive. Ungodly, even, in the AEG realm, at a low of $28 per mag going as high as $50 for one.

As such, I looked for another way. Finding that ArmaShyte mags are much more plentiful, and much less expensive, I tried to find a way to fit them in my magwell, borrowing a friend's M4 mag to do so.

No such luck.

So, I turned to Google. Still nothing. Only a bunch of blurry pictures and people talking about a conversion, but none actually demonstrating it.

So here I am, using a last-ditch effort to save money (I'm such an Asian ).

Does anybody know how to convert M4/16 mags to fit my FAMAS? Please?

But a google search came up with one with pretty clear pictures and descriptions.

This sorta mod is never gonna clean easy job. It will require patience because of the trial and error. Your gonna have to cut and grind the famas till the mags fit into it , then cut holes in the mags so the mag release works proplerly.

Also, $28/mag isn't expensive. Try running a G36 or P90.

Honestly, some people (of which I am one) really don't like midcaps. If it holds more than 80 rounds I don't want it in my gun.

Oh, midcaps. I prefer the Marui or G&G ones with the fake bullets in them. I also load to 20 or 30 anyway, so I don't need the capacity.
