Sorry I don't follow, I use .28's and they work great? I was planning to continue using them once my M14 hits 470. Is that not efficient?

Sorry for all the questions, but I really want to get this AEG right. Neo motors - would a G&P M160 suffice?

G&P M160 would suffice

You get better accuracy at 420fps with .28s than you will at 470fps
My VSR currently shoots 440fps and I use .3s
I upgraded it once to 470 and found that my grouping got larger without getting any extra range.
