Rubber M4/M16 hand grip

I've got an M16A2, SR-16 and G&P M4A1 all of which kind of have a rough pistol grip to them. I was wondering if anyone knows of a rubber guard or grip that you can stretch over the hand grip to make it more confortable or something comparable without buying an entirely new ergonomic grip. :roll:
