Pressure in a regular propane tank
Hi guys,
Winter is coming (yeah I did it ) and or gaz mags for pistols and GBBRs are going to be put to rest for a few month. The handguns have CO2 mags for some to fix this issue but most GBBRs don't and I'm not exactly happy with that. So the goal would be to fill the mag with compressed air (with is also a lot kinder on the seals than propane) at the same pressure as a regular propane tank you buy at 4/5$ at Canadian Tire. Also in summer it would put an end to GBBR-phobia. So : anyones knows or has a mean to measure that on a full can ? |

Compressed air will not work as it will not compress into liquid inside a magazine like propane does. You would probably only get 4-5 shots off before it fizzes out.

Doesnt work, you would need a 2,900psi/200bar tank with a regulator. Your mags for propane are good for ~15bar. Propan has ~6,5bar@15°C.
