Full auto pistol reliability
I'm thinking about getting a pistol with full auto fire. I've set my mind on either of those two : TM 5.1 Hicapa or the KSC g18c. So, for part availability and ease of maintenance, what's your experience with those pistols. Thanks

Get the TM hi capa Xtreme. I think there's more aftermarket parts to support it if you an upgrade. Unless you're intending on modding the 5.1 to make it full auto?

I think you're thinking of the Hicapa Extreme...not the same as the TM 5.1 Hicapa.
The glocks are select fire...i.e. you can switch it from single to auto. The Extreme is full auto only. Fun things...wouldn't plan on fixing much with them when they wear out though. A lot of times when pistols go bad they're headaches to fix...and the select fire ones are just worse. There's also the 23F (smaller glock), 93R (select fire M9/92F), the WA Prokiller (which has a billion little parts in it) and probably a couple of others. Get "long" 50rnd gas mags if you get one...they operate soooo much better with the bigger gas reserve. |

Just get the WA Prokiller they are soooo sweet, besides it's a WA and when it comes to pistols WA is the undisputed king.

Yup, I messed up. Meant the Xtreme. I'm leaning more toward one with select fire, so I think I'll forget the Hicapa. Time to read on these other proposition.

I'd go for reliability and accuracy over full auto for a pistol, easier to control and get rounds on target, rather than send a burst towards the target the lets loose a half dozen rounds, one or two that might hit, the rest going over their heads or around them.

i have an ksc g18c and a kwa m93r, both are tons of fun, the glock has full and semi auto, the berreta has semi, full and 3 round burst, both have lots of available parts, the glock can take a lot of real stuff like sights, and a mag release
