Well it looks very different to me man. Your gears looks efficient but doesn't really look like the game.

get a wasatch vest
5 grenade pouches
2 chemlights
ptt
and a small radio pouch

some dpm pants, and boonie, looks like a generic black sweater
looks like hes using a safariland holster, and has 2 pistol mag pouches strapped to the holster

standard combat belt

and looks like some voodoo warrior knee pads

A commando sweater I believe it's called. They're pretty popular with security companies. Shouldn't be too hard to find one at a surplus store.

-Throat mic hooked up to Motorola Talkabout (Or any small radio), PTT

-'Commando' Sweater

-Weesatch, 5 frag pouches, 1 flashbang pouch, admin pouch, BHI hydro on the back

-ALICE QR Belt, Safariland 6004 for 1911 (I think), 2 .45 mag pouches

-DPM trousers

And what seems to be black Bijan's... for footwear just get any black combat boots.
