KWA M4A1 Barely Shooting?
i had charged the battery for 9 hours the first time after getting it, but when i went to shoot it the BB's only went about 4 or 5 feet... i tried charging it again and still the same result. i know nothing about the internals of the gun, any help will be greatly appreciated!

Your hopup might be screwed if that gun even has one... Bottom line I think it's safe to say its something internal and you'll need a gun doc for that. :/

Do you hear the motor and gears spin normaly? Do you hear strange sounds when shooting? Does the motor spins for a long time before you hear the piston slam and the bb goes out?

I would suggest looking up a local gun doc and have them look at it, or pick up a new hop up rubber and try that out.

Could be a compression issue?

dial your hopup to zero to rule that out. If it still doesn't shoot, then you probably have a broken cylinder head. I have read that it is quite common with KWA's. I have only worked on one KWA personally. Its problem: bbs only shooting 5 or 10 feet. solution: broken cylinder head, replaced cylinder head.

If its a KWA, its probably a compatibility issue with your mags.
What type of mag were you using it with? |
