And it's done and working. Uploading video to YouTube.
I'm almost kind of unhappy when something works this good, this fast. It just works. I could speed up the firing rate a smidge, but as it's supposed to be a shell-lobber, a normal 700 or so per minute should do.
Now to draw up the FlameThrower: .12gr ammo, Vortex block firing system, and active forced air, no compression tanks at all. Minimum 40,000 round supply (enough for about hmm, about ten minutes of firing), mondo nimh battery pack. The basic idea is convert a Dyson Vacuum cleaner to DC operation, and drive the gun with it.
