Iron sights with flat top rail

I am trying to outfit a flat top picatinny railed gun (SR22) with flip up iron sights.

The problem is that most iron sights are meant to be run off an AR15 gas block rail, and not a flat top rail, so when you mount the gas block sight onto a flat top rail it will not align correctly because of the height difference.

Does anyone know if the below sights are meant to run off a flat top rail?

Yes they should align. They are made for rails

shakal: how do you like those sights? you have the exact ones that I posted links to?

they will be my primary sight system so I'm hoping they are good, and adjustable front and rear - it doesn't if they are windage and elevation adjustable.
