as with all things you import, the information on the declaration should be 100% accurate which is a catch 22 for your situation.

- if you declare it as an airsoft rifle, it will more than likely be seized.

- if you declare it incorrectly and lie about what it is, you could be charged with smuggling a prohibited replica.
