m249 bearing bushing...

Is it true that A&K m249 saw uses 8mm bearing bushing's in their mechbox?

I want to do some upgrades and was doing some research on here and a thread stated that, just want to do a double check to make sure.

cheers

They're either bearings or bushings, you can have both in a mechbox but not both in the same hole

Usually...

6mm are bushings
7mm can be either
8mm & up are bearings

This at least applies to all shells I've seen so far.

As for the A&K 249, I don't know specifically, sorry.

I've not checked on my own MK1 as the mechbox is at a healthy 340fps over here in the UK but as far as I am aware it uses 8mm bushings.

However I'd like to add my 2c throw in a madbull blue hop rubber, I did this last sunday and the range pretty much doubled and accuracy is a lot more tight and it takes all of a minute to change!

I've seen 6mm bearings, but that's not what I meant
What I meant was...
These are bearings

These are bushings

This is a bearing bushing, they don't make these for airsoft

yeah its just a miss spell, with the whole bearing bushing, should've been like, bearings or bushings as they are different. what i want to know is what size are they using, everything on the net so far states 8mm bearings.
