Search and find out for yourself. I'll start you off: dont believe what a retailer will tell you when it contravenes what this countries border service agency dictates as the law governing the land you call home. There is an unimaginable amount of posts indicating as to why, dont be afraid of doing some research for yourself.

I could tell you, however I believe you are better off learning yourself.
Once you source out the appropriate threads and read through them you can make your own decisions as to whether or not east coast airsoft is a reliable retailer to do deal with. As it stands I am not willing to offer any more information at this time as you are under the age of majority and that conflicts with this websites policy about how airsoft should only be owned and used by those who are the age of 18 or older.
