Mcguyver isn't doing it anymore, he stopped a while back since he quit airsoft.

If you haven't already, sign up at http://www.systema-ptw.com/ hunt down Tackleberry in his sales thread and get in touch with him. He is the only one that does it now a days now that McGuyver has retired from the sport. Only downside is the lead time and shipping to and from the UK but it's well worth the wait. Mcguyver did mine but I think I was one of his last.

You guys are correct. I don't do them anymore. You can contact Tony (aka Tackleberry), he is the new site owner of http://www.systema-ptw.com/ and he can do it for you. But you will need to send the complete inner barrel assembly with hop-up to the U.K.. It is worth it, but will be a couple weeks and a couple dollars.
In case you were meaning the motor mod, yes, Tony does those as well. He was the originator of both the motor and hop-up mods.
