Ok OK I get the point!
Honestly I’ve never seen this mentioned before. Airsoft shops and online stores are not treating their customers right by pushing green gas. They should be selling GBB guns as cheap to refill. |

That is until you look at the fine points of retailing a product. Anything easy and anything pre-made trumps all else. Anyone selling in a hobby market assumes the buyer is a hobbyst and knows how to navigate the hobby. Green gas has its place my friend.

Green gas has it's place...if you want to smell like one of those asian hello kitty/sailor moon shops.
We kitted up next to a guy who was using green gas once....we kept looking around for the 12yr old asian school girl until we figured out what it was. |

hmm for those people want to know...
Green Gas is dangerous, its less smelly Propane is dangerous, and its really really smelly HFC134a is relatively safe, but dont huff it. R-22 is stable, but Ozone killer properties R-410A is safe, stable, don't smell much, but its high pressure. (People are actually looking at this one) For those people who don't know, R-410A is a successor to R-22, it has higher pressure at SATP though. This can be ordered in bulk, however no one has order it yet. It is thought to be the best winter gas as at 0 it has the slightly higher pressure (+10-20 psi) than propane.
