Red face G26c frame on G26 (ksc)

Do the KSC G26C and G26 have the same frame?
I have a 26C frame I'd like to paint OD and put on the 26.
Is that possible?

thanks you a lot.

I am not certain but I thought they were different...

Wasn't the 26 semi only, and the 26c was select-fire?

My understanding was that the two were not interchangeable...

I seem to remember trying to put a KSC Glock 17 upper on a Ksc Glock 18 lower with no success, hang on time to look at the expolded views of the lowers...

Alright my bad people... according to the diagrams we have in the doctor section, the lowers of the G17 and the G18C are quite similar if not identical, even alot of the part numbers are the same...

Perhaps I just had a pair of gun parts that were being difficult at the time, but nothing in the diagrams indicates that it would not work.

Now unfortunately I could not find views of a 26C, only the 26. But seeing as the 17 and the 18c appear to be good, the 26 and th 26c would be good.

I realise that I have only offered alot of speculation, but hopefully this helps in some way.

Possibly someone on the boards has actually done a swap and could enlighten us?

yes you can do it. but if it is a select fire frame and semi only slide you will need to switch the hammer assembly in the frame to match the slide.

sear is different, but the actual outer frame (part 109) is indeed identical.
