Ordered 3 times and never had any problem.
I just passed an order through email only to see if they accept that - the online shopping kart wasn't working for me (probably some local network problem since I'm at work )...

Been ordering from them for a very long time. They've only ever screwed up one order, and shipped replacement pieces for free, promptly.
