Questions(problems) about my G&G m4 blowback

Well I got this new m4 blowback and it shoots well. There is just 2 things that bothers me :

1.The dust cover just doesn't clip on the top, it looks like the spring is just to strong for the clip and it just doesn't close. What can I do about that?

2. There is some feeding problem with the gun. I put the clip, crank the spring in the mag, and shoot but no bbs goes out. When i take off the mag, there's like 4-5 bbs dropping. Is it the high-cap mag that sucks, or is there a problem with the gun??

And what's the purpose of the forward assist ??

thanks

Try getting another m4 mag to test with. Hi-cap mags can be troublesome sometime. Did you wind it until it started clicking? Like 20-30 times? 4-5 bbs falling out when you remove the mag from the magwell is normal for all spring loaded mags. If you don't want to lose these bbs and don't want to dry-fire, you have to turn the gun upside-down.

The forward assist is just for looks.

Are you winding the hicap ALL the way? Try winding alot till it gets tight or for 45-60 seconds as fast as you can lol.

Yes, the forward assist knob will reset the spring, ultamitely removing any bb that is chambered as well.

1.The dust cover just doesn't clip on the top, it looks like the spring is just to strong for the clip and it just doesn't close. What can I do about that?

I had a similar problem with mine, but the cover itself seems to have a little give, it can slightly move left, or right. If when you close it, you're pushing it right (towards the hand guard) it will always reopen. Try sliding it left when closing it - slightly, don't thrust it, lol.

2. There is some feeding problem with the gun. I put the clip, crank the spring in the mag, and shoot but no bbs goes out. When i take off the mag, there's like 4-5 bbs dropping. Is it the high-cap mag that sucks, or is there a problem with the gun??

I've heard people having problems with the hopup being wound completely, and when they fire a gun nothing happens, however I've never experianced this with the pnuematic GR16.
Personally, I've never heard of that sort of feeding problem, if those remaining few are dropping out, then the mag is feeding fine. Try the forward assist without the mag in the gun, put the mag in, then wind the spring, see if that works.
Or, jiggle the mag when its in the mag well, I know the magpul mags refuse to feed properly in (apparently) the pnuematic GR16, and I've experianced that one personally.

So basically
-remove the mag
-adjust your hopup
-press forward assist knob
-put the mag back in
-now wind the mag completely
-if it still isnt feeding... contact retailer? lol

If none of that solves the feeding problem, contact the retailer, or hopefully someone has a solution.
Hope that helps though.

Ok well I inverted the spring in the dust cover and it kinda repaired it...!!!

And someone told me that the charger isn't that good and that it could destroy my batteries? Is it true, should i change my charger? Because it doen't look that cheap, there's lights to tell me when its ready or when theres a problem...

anyways thx all

I use the same charger, and it hasn't damaged my battery - or any other batteries its charged. Somehow, I doubt G&G would release a charger that is going to kill their batteries, lol.

I saw so much threads about people saying to buy quality chargers and not use the one they package with the AEGs because they aren't good for the batteries, and now you are saying it's fine. I'm kind of confused.

G&G includes a smart charger, witch seems to be pretty good... the charger people warns you about it's the small wall wart chargers.
