They (the fields) can, and should ban people who regularly abuse the rules, and/or common sense. In paintball if you got a reputation for being a 'bonus baller' it was very hard to shake.

I'm quite sure this is not true. I believe the distinction is made based off kinetic energy not fps and as such a lighter plastic bb is subject to different limits then a heavier metal bb or pellet....

I feel it is a worthy use of my first post to say I fully agree, I've been on many large forums and haven't seen anything like that behavior on any of them, its commendable.
