LOL,
some awfully familiar faces are popping up here. |
Here's part of the Load Out I'm considering:

Thoughts? Opinions? |
Looks pretty cool to me!
I am a big fan of kits from movies and games. Brings out the inner geek. |
Very cool, what bdu are you going to use?
and can you make me a price list? |
That'll be an awesome kit.
Personally, I think a SAS Assaulter-type kit (with gas mask) in black would be perfect. Substitute the MP5 for a G36K and you'll be rockin. Are you putting this together for a scenario or team, or is this just a personal interest? Looking forward to seeing it all put together. |

What I am looking to do to start with the concept of the Umbrella Soldier & build upon that idea, adding a few unique features & ideas of my own, such as a more real world appearance based on operational types, gear & weapons, all with the Umbrella Corporation as a theme. One angle I'm approaching is the creation, if only for this project, of a new department with Umbrella Operations entitled SPARC, or SPecial Assests Recovery Corps, who sole tasking is to wade into situations that have spiraled beyond normal operations, security, UBCS, etc, and by any & all means at their disposal, complete the task at hand. SPARCs are ludicrously armed & their load out would show it. I'm still in process of creating & finalizing various creative thoughts around the look I'm after to ensure it is real world applicable, but game practical. As to weapons, I have a few thoughts, but nothing solid as yet. Something dressy, CQB, but able to take a beating. Suggestions? |

Weapons wise, here's a few looks I'm considering (Kudos to the ASC members who own these photos):

Might anyone have some additional CQB M4/Race Guns type photos they could put up? I've gone looking on a few US sites but nothing really catches me.
I'm looking for scary/chopped/stubby/silenced type M4 pictures to base my Umbrella weapon upon. |
Don't know if this floats your boat

I love carters m4.
Not a full weapon, but will definitely shorten the m4's overall length http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwol...l?prodID=21927 |
wow porkchop, i really like that ar, could you post some better pics?
|
Well my plans are moving along.
I'm hoping to swap out my WE Hi-Capa Version 2 for a second We Hi-Capa Version 1, where upon I will take both to a local Master Engraver to have the Umbrella Corporation trade marks laid into the top slide. When finished I will post pics. http://img.redwolfairsoft.com/upload...tw-hicap-l.jpg |
You're really going to spend all that effort on a WE?
|
I would rather the Master Engraver experiment on my WE's, then something a lot more more pricey - Let's see how he does with these, before giving him something potentially more expensive to try. :) Besides, I like my WE's, solid, trustworthy, never fail - similar to the stand by forty five calibers that had traveled through how many wars with out fail? I can always dress them up after the fact.
I'm curious to see what he can do. |
