kwa m16a4 pistol grip problems

i unscrewed the 2 philips head screws on the bottom of the pistol frip and the flat head screw and when i put it back on it dosent shoot help please

big middle flat head one is motor height adjustment, too tight motor will just heat up and burn out too far out, gears will grind, you'll have to find the right spot again, Google "airsoft motor height adjustment" , you should find directions.
