A warm day, and we're back at our favourite abandoned industrial site!

It's not that we haven't played... But I was away, and apparently no one else in our group knows what a camera is for...
Apparently they had some fun, and a work party cleared out the derelict trailers in our industrial area, and then we show up this week to find someone burned them down. Bastards. There goes our CQB. Anyway, here's today...

It was very warm... and there was a wardrobe malfunction, with tape to the rescue!
Dual gunning with an FN2000 and a Thompson 1928!

Our heat wave (warmest place in the country a few times last week!) broke last night, so no risk of heat stroke today! Dry weather meant no too many bugs, as well. And lots of lovely foliage for concealment... Break out the woodlands!
Oops! Friendly fire... The AFG on my M14 was really comfortable to use... Pistols were used, to good effect! An AK held together by camo tape...

The weather holds, so we decided to shoot each other!
A bolt-action came to play; scary looking, but I'm not sure how many were hit by it... No Prisoners!

Wow, from the lack of new entries, you'd think I'd stopped playing or something! But alas and alack, I'm in the process of moving into a new home, and am too busy on the weekends.
But games are still going on... Although it seems like no one else in our group knows how to operate a camera or post pictures here... Get on it, guys!

I'm Back, Baby!
I'm finally moved into my new home, and I get to play again!
Apparently, I am the only one with a camera... Oh noes! I'm dead! And done killed me! But i got better. It got very wet. Sub-arctic desert, my ass! Wet, but fun. And I got to shoot folk with my new M203!

Hey Tex, what make and model of comtacs (or are they sordins?) do you use ?

They're Z-Tactical Sordins, from eHobby Asia. They came broken; the radio function worked, but no sound amplification. Luckily, I have an electronics genius for a friend, and he managed to fix them, although the existing battery box had to be removed and a new one jury rigged. But they work now.

Hah! talk about shitty luck.. When your friend managed to fix them how is the sound amplification? I was thinking about picking up a set from tech seller.

As the only problem was the battery connection, once that was fixed they were fine. The "stereo" separation isn't great, but the amplification is awesome. I was listening to guys 50+ meters away from me sounding like they were right in front of me.
Once the rain got going.... The connection to the PTT got really sensitive, frequently either screaming in my ear or transmitting a squeal to everyone else. Best for dry weather.

Awsome thanks Tex! I can always waterproof the above stated areas. Should help. I'm going to start making a direct action rig and nothing would go better with it.

One of the hottest days we've played so far this year, so what do I do? Wear black, of course.
We had more new guys, and lots of fun, even if I did have a cold. We even discovered a new spot in a familiar area with a bunch of scattered car wrecks. (not there, though.) One of the new guys, in a colour we like to call "Target". Another new guy, a little less obvious.
