A trick (Credit goes to Ty) is to take the o-ring, stretch it around the cylinder and heat it up with the HEAT (not flame, HEAT) from a candle or a heat-gun.

I never actually tried that. But that sounds like a great Idea. I have extra orings and piston head lying around here somewhere.

Pops just bought a chrono from Velocity arms so I'm hoping it comes by the end of the week and can chrono it.

Will look into a new O-ring once it is chronoed, I'm tired of opening it up haha

All your parts are made for the P90. Basically it takes all V2 parts except for cylinder head, nozzle and tappet plate.

What FPS do you want to hit.

A SP90 will get around 300-310 fps
A SP120 will get you very close to 400, maybe over.

If you want to play inside (350 fps), get a SP100 or SP110. I usually order both and see which one gets me at 345 fps.

Ok I'm an idiot, Just went to Home Depot today and the o-ring I'm talking about is actually 3/4 inch, which makes way more sense. As for your spring, I have an E1 p90 and it shot 400 fps immediately after my upgrades. It now shoots 383ish.

A little update, Chronoed my gun and its shooting 290 fps still. Checked battery level, its now at 8.5Vs fully charged! and its a 9.6Vs J Battery. So I am buying a new 9.6 battery now.

Sounds like you still have an air leak or something. The battery should not effect FPS.

double check your hop up rubber and air nozzle as even the smallest tear or crack will mess it up

Battery has no effect on FPS.
But yes it sounds like 2 cells died on your battery or something.

change your cylinder head and match it with your piston head and cylinder tube. You will get better results. Your nozzle and cylinder head sucks. Styrak is right, putting a 9.6v from 8.4v wont add FPS some does like (3-5 fps depending on motors), but all your gonna get is more rate of fire. You have a 430mm inner barrel and if you do have the stock spring which I'm sure its m110, then that means the nozzle is just pushing the BB in the barrel and not adding air for more FPS. Here, try to copy Illusion on his P90 settings.
