Why not get some members or helpers to help out shipping the goods?
Wouldn't that get the job done way easier, less complaints, people will be happy, and get your reputation up the charts?

Holy crap dude...regarding the blackberry specifically, i was JUST about to say the same thing....

My buddy is a volunteer paramedic and without it, he cant get dispatch notices to save lives...

Think along those lines, that the calls for airsoft help are in similar need of an expedited response...

Even most regular cell phones now have the ability to go on the web; he could at least get on ASC or his own website and post a quick "I'll be out of town til Friday" not or something.

Worst case, SMS someone (you can send to an email address) and have them post notice.

I think what's getting most peoples' goat is the perceived lack of effort.

Goldman I think the biggest repeated complaint being repeated here about Mopic is that he will say an item shipped already and it hasn't and then he repeats that multiple times until he actually ships it. That and the lack of communication back when there is a delay yet he is known to communicate with someone else who requests to buy something.
Lisa Summed it up good, this is getting too long already. Read the thread ppl, and judge for yourselves and dont just keep expanding and branching off into other issues....

I'm ok with the "if you don't like him don't buy", but how can you know if you are gonna like it if you don't try ^^

Maybe reading here can help? Not much, if it was about ASC, I wouldn't have bough from Buyairsoft and that's the best place I ever order an Airsoft, even better than A&A was.

OFF TOPIC

That would mean he would have to pay more people. Takes away from his profit. He's in it for the profit, like all retailers here on ASC.

The retailers here can deny it all they want, "I have to pay this person for importing and blah blah blah" It's a load of bull. That or they have the WORST importing method ever! I recently did some research to get a brand new aeg. I pm'd four different local "suppliers" and got three different prices. Two were what I was expecting, near $600. One was closer to $500, good. But the guy I'm going with? $400 even for it. So tell me how there's a $200 difference for the EXACT SAME GUN!? Retailers have the worst monopoly on the airsoft market because the canadian laws work FOR them and provide a monopoly for them..

It remind me, I asked Mopic if they had a JG Bar 10 in stock (360$). They send me an e-mail telling they had one in stock (same this they did for the KWA M9 PTP) so I went back on their site for a bit more reading on the Bar 10 and, ta ta... 400$ now. Haheum, maybe coincidence... maybe be bad marketing lol

So wait, you asked Mopic if they had a BAR10 and they gave you a quote of $360? or you've seen it from other retailers for $360? The price on that BAR on their website hasn't changed for like 2 months ($400)

Personally, I have not any major problems with MOPIC aside from an error on the part of CP. I ordered a KWA M4 from him, yes it took a little longer than he stated but I was out of country with the navy at the time so it didn't make any difference on my end. The only hiccup I have really had with him was that I ordered a Li-Po battery pack at the same time and I have yet to receive it. He has kept in delayed but consistent comms with me regarding it and has apparently sent me out a new one. Would I do business with him again? Absolutely I would. What some people here need to learn is a little thing called patience. As a few here have already mentioned is that it was not too long ago that there were only a couple of retailers and you had to wait months and in some cases years for that gun you ordered and some of them were shoddy at best and total and complete fraud at worse, A&A and PropsCanada instantly jump out in my mind. Yes he is a little slow on the uptake but in the end you either get what you ordered or a complete refund.

Um, correct me guys if I'm wrong, but doesn't the JG Bar10 shoot over 407 fps? It's doesn't fire full auto (being bolt action operated), so isn't it possible to import it from a US retailer? Ken from 007 airsoft said that if it shoots over 407 fps and is semi-auto, it can be imported, perhaps as an airgun.

Doesn't care much about the fps of the Bar 10 since you can have a 465fps Type 96 for less, and in 2 weeks after shipping.

What I said about the Bar 10 was that, I saw it a 360$ and ask Mopic if it was available. Then, the day he told me yes (I was, cool, I may buy it), I go on his website and bam 400$.

And yes it is more than 2 months for my order and as I said before, if your read well, I do not care at all about waiting... I care about knowing whats is going one with my money, and they can't answer: they can't answer me where is the gun, if it as ship or not, what is the delay... and secundo, I'm passe a week that they ask me if I wanted a refund on emt or paypal, I said yes... and a week later, not refund.

I'm patience, but I don't love people ignoring me, refunding on paypal take 2 minutes.

Everything is ok now, package sent the 16 december, received the 19 december. Great condition, so in the end, they did sent my airsoft. I will never know what was the delay and whey they told me that it has been sent 3 times, but Mopic work. So yes, be patient, and don't ask to much I guess ^^
