[QUOTE=MikeMcNair;1868038]the magazine issues we were speaking of a few pages ago.

ahhhh.....
About the Marui I don't use it until I solve the issue (but I don't know how)
The other 2 KJW only have the "vent" issue from the first 2/3 shots but I am not sure it depends by the mags

So... it vents everything after the second or thrid shot?

Have you checked everything inside the loading muzzle to make sure everything is ok?

Again, I would advise you to remove all your upgrades and re-install all the stock parts you took out.

then, test each upgrade part 1 by 1 to find the culprit.
FOr example, install steel the firing pin while keeping the rest of the parts in stock form. If that doesn't cause issues, remove it, put back the stock firing pin and then install another upgrade part.

One by one.

You do this until you find the issue.

I'm truly sorry I can not help you very much. I can't see your gun, so I can't see how it behaves first hand. I'm only making assumptions.

I'm kind of curious though....
Have you tried swapping the Gas route packing from a KJW magazine into the TM magazine?

The first 2 or 3 shots, when gas pressure is higher

Apparently is all ok

The rubber nozzles of the magazines now ios the stock one, all the trigger/hammer mechanism is stock except for the knocker spring (upgraded to Guarder) and I tested everything with the stock recoil spring then now my pistol is almost stock except for the knocker spring.

I remember someone in this thread who raised the nozzle opening, where the rubber nozzle of the magazine makes contact, using epoxy glue perhaps to avoid my same issue

Not yet, I'll try soon

[quote=kar120c;1868367]Do you mind making a video to see how gun is working?

The mod you are talking about is Turok_T's method for improving gas wfficiency and gas consumption.

mind taking a picture of EVeRY hammer component and loading muzzle components?

Sounds like:

A) Gas not gas route not forming a good seal with air nozzle

B) Slide isn't resetting to normal position causing nozzle to misalign with gas route

C) Something wrong with floating valve/spring

Is there an exploded view of a parts diagram?

I got this mag: http://www.evike.com/products/37030/
It had crazy misfeeds and gas exploded out my gun while the bbs rolled out. Popped in the stock mag and was good to go.

The whole game i had a bitter taste in my mouth using 1 mag. What do you guys think went wrong? It's a WE G18c mag too...

I swap WE and TM mags no problems. Sounds like some other problem with the pistol.

Sounds like Kar102c's problem. Coincidence? ....or fate? ...or... uhhh.... the Matrix? MUHAHAHAHA!

Ahem.

This is why I keep saying...
To minimize the chances of errors like these from arising, stick to the gun's original magazines. Keep Marui guns fed with Marui mags. Using cloned mags is just...increasing the likelihood of failure....

What went wrong is that you bought a magazine that is not intended for a Marui system.

Thus, the magazine is either too snug against the loading muzzle such that it prevents interfacing with the hole on the magazine properly.

The telltale sign is a slide that cannot return to battery properly. That's why you had a misfeed. If it's a severe case, your magazine will actually jam your slide open because the loading muzzle won't be able to fluently glide atop the rubber piece on the magazine. Actually, the arm on the loading muzzle that is used to chamber the BB will get caught on the magazine rubber if it's really that bad.

or

it doesn't interface enough. That is, there is just too much room for air to vent out all over the place and not enough air will funnel through to the intake hole on your loading muzzle. Thus, the slide won't receive enough power for it's rear stroke andd thus, won't trip the firing pin disconnector. Thus thus, the firing pin will remain pressed against the magazine blowoff valve letting every single ounce of air out of the magazine....

Either way, I would stick with you buying JUST Marui mags for your specific since it's a TM.

It wouldn't hurt either to check if everything is ok. Like Danke said, it could be a problem happening elsewhere in the gun..

also.
The MATRIX HAS YOU.

While on the topic of marui mags, has anyone ever had a brand new g17 magazine not feed bbs?

My gun is brand new and I noticed that with a mag full of bbs I'll get a shot off, then dry firing...

What happens is, the 'shaft' or slot, where the bbs sit is too wide, and the staggering bbs actually almost sit side by side?

That's how I imagine the bbs are supposed to sit.. but my bbs stop feeding and get jammed up because they sit like this

But it's only happens for the first 7-10 shots and then it runs perfect! Any thoughts on how to fix this? More wear in time?

Ive never seen this happen. Are these Marui mags? Are you using AIRSOFT GRADE BB's and not Crappy Tire Bb's?

That was a bit of an exaggeration but i think that it is the problem that the bbs sit side by side enough to jam the follower.

Yes this is a marui mag, on a brand new g17. (none of my 1911 mags do this)

And they are bioval .25 and ive never had any problems with them before?

I have two of the new G17 mags, no failures to feed, no jams.
