+1.

You n00bs really need to start doing your research. There is TONS of information on ASC. Take a few hours and just look through the different sections -you don't have to read everything, but know what's available. Oh, and just because a handful of people have given a retailer glowing reviews doesn't invalidate the several dozen who didn't.

Especially the reviews made available on the actual site in question. I cant believe people still fall for that shit. Those are the kind of people you could probably sell the moon to, night after night.

You are correct, from a mathematical standpoint. From at customer service standpoint, it is an UNACCEPTABLE number. It should be 0 or the smallest number possible of RESOLVED issues.

No kidding.

Honestly, those 3 dozen whom got screwed should have been passed on to someone who would take the issues and deal with them. Not following up on customer service is how you lose business and reputation. Basing your service on just out weighing the bad with good is a terrible way to deal with things.

Youve been here for 3 years now? You should have known better.
Have you even looked at their website? 20 days till they ship it. Ie. you wont get a tracking number unless its shipped.

The newbs i can understand... but you? Cmon people do some damn research. Your inability to do any research for yourself is not going to make anyone WANT to spoon feed you.

As for Legros, Considering all the allegations against you, I think a PR campaign in the form of posts every page or two isnt going to really help you. A response or attempts to find a solution would. I would clean up your act and get your shit sorted if you want to repair the damage to your reputation. Its obvious that what your doing now is not working for the general airsoft community.

2000 guns sold? but how many are from repeat customers? How many of those are vets? And how many of those are uniformed newbies who dont know any better? If you recall, I once attempted to purchase a gun from you (back when you were selling better quality stuff on asc), while I got lots of promises from you, I never got any results. Instead of leaving you bad feedback (as the transaction never took place), I was courteus enough to just let it drop and spend my money elsewhere. Walk in store or not, people dont forget shit like that. I know I wont.

You might want to ask for your money back man. A third of a year to get a rifle in is unacceptable. Delays are not your problem, these are businesses and as you are paying them to provide a service you need to stand up for your rights. Take your money, get age verified and seek another retailer though the retail section.

I mean, the guy has time to travel to cuba but not secure your order and its great that he has new employee's but in the month + since he hired them your still sitting with nothing but your metaphorical johnson in your hand wondering whats going down.

Good luck.

a wise man I know once said, Deeds not words.

Oh god, Shootsoft selling full black G&G's. :banghead:
Although they are still plastic, this is bad, I know Buyairsoft is doing this too.
Looks like Buyairsoft and Shootsoft want to ruin airsoft by selling AEG's to little kiddies, who's mommies pay for the guns. Then somehow think its a good idea to go play in a forest "away from people". Its bad enough they had halfbreeds, but now that they have Full plastic black, this is bad. Very Bad.

I purchased an Mp5 for a friend through them, and it was 20 days till shipment and I got it. Took it down and upgraded and my friend is happy. That was last year and now another friend has gone ahead and ordered a rifle from them. No problems yet, but I can tell you that in both situations I strongly recommended they choose another retailer. Me buying from them was simply due to the lack of stock elsewhere and the impatience of a close friend. I have no experiences that are negative but I get the chills everytime I hear the name.

Thanks for the update, many of use where wondering if the status of your order changed in the last 20 minutes.

Seriously though. Like a few have already said. Get your money back. Get age verified. Seek another retailer.

cheers.

Just what we need, 5 year olds running around on the streets of Toronto playing airsoft without goggles.
